Location: West
- Respond to customer requests and handle customer enquiries
- Provide technical advice and to render support to Architects, Consultants and Contractors respectively
- Visit customers as required, assisting with sales and customer service issues
- Gather costing, generate a quotation, tender submission, and regular follow up
- Ensure quote activities are updated in accordance with Sales Department standard process
- Understand and identify business outcomes for customers and help provide a total solution to meet these desired outcomes
- Developing new businesses through customers, products, or product applications
Qualifications:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3-5 years of engineering experience in technical engineering sales
- Communication, negotiation and presentation skills
