TECHNICAL PROJECT EXECUTIVE ($3500-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: TK    

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Lead regular service delivery activities and client engagements to update incidents and track to closure
• Client’s single point of contact to escalate and follow up of high severity incidents to respective stakeholders & vendors
• Keep track of service contracts and liaise with sales on renewal of services
• Liaise with sales on additional professional services required by customer
• Ensure required maintenance services are rendered to customer
• Inform and plan with customer on schedule maintenance activities
• Liaise with Customer, internal team and 3rd Party vendors for the Maintenance activities
• Follow up with internal team and 3rd party vendors to close up maintenance activities

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in the areas of Computer Science, Information Systems or Cybersecurity
• At least 4 year’s relevant technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking is required. (Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus)
• Good understanding of project service deliverables and awareness of activities status
• Ability to work in a team and independently
