Location: West
Responsibilities
- Liaise with various departments in Headquarter in Japanese to report the latest requirement in Singapore and propose up the product improvement.
- Conduct sales presentation especially on the technical part of BMS system.
- Design BMS system architecture, HVAC control system and Optimization program tailored to each project requirement.
- Attend testing and commissioning on site for the important projects to make sure system is working as per project requirement.
- Rectify and investigate situation and come out solution.
- Analyze existing BMS operation and HVAC performance to propose system renewal and control system improvement.
- Develop cybersecurity frameworks and risk management methodologies
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Well versed in specification and selection of building automation system and product, not limited to system and controller but including field devices like sensors, control valves
- Well versed in HVAC fundamental and mechanical design.
