Location: North
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for issues related to end user computing systems and peripherals
- Provide technical support to escalate and work with the IT team to implement solutions for advanced technical issues
- Provide technical support for the implementation of preventive or improvement projects
- Proactively identify common issues, guide and create manuals to facilitate end users’ understanding
- Manage the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of end user computing systems and peripherals
- Perform assigned maintenance tasks to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT infrastructure
- Proactively maintain inventory documents of end user computing systems, peripherals and applicable software or technologies
- Keep abreast of cyber security, technology development and recommend adoptions as appropriate
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in cloud technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Hyper-V and server administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
