Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide IT Infrastrucyure solutions to clients in government, education and healthcare sectors
- Provide technical support and engage in technical solutions meetings for the design if customer’s IT infrastructure
- Perform requirements analysis on system design and development
- To provide consultative and technical solutions for the design of customer’s IT infrastructure
- Proficient in multiple system products and solutions from server, storage, virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Coordinate closely with sales division on providing technical proposals and presentations for tenders
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in IT related , Computer Science related
- Min 3 years in IT infrastructure solutions and knowledge in servers , SAN/ NAS storage / backup/ security
- Possess strong problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels
