Salary Range: $2500 – $3500 (There are 6 system engineers roles for different industries and Banking industry)

Banking Industry: System Engineers X 3 ($3500- $4K +VB)
- Responsible to support bank applications products/ system
- Handle server setup and migration and resolve daily troubleshooting
- Knowledge in networking ie. routers and firewall setup)
- Experience in trading applications (FXT keyboard/ TCSS Server etc)
- Handle OS migration)
- Provide technical support via emails/
Helpdesk Engineers X 5 ($2500 – $3K + AWS+VB)
- Provide 1st / 2nd level of end user IT suport
- Monitoring incoming tickets for processing from ticketing / email/ responds based on SLA
- To do patching on a monthly basis and escalate issues and to contact respective technical engineers on resolving issues
- To do planning, testing, UAT and Pilot test from department to department with report submissio
- Support change request and maintenance activities
- Basic setup of servers/ IP address / add hostname etc
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT with 1-2 years relevant experience
- No experience is welcomed to apply
- Basic network/ system concepts
- Strong communication skills and customer service
