Responsibilities
- To deploy, troubleshoot and support IT infrastructures including LAN, WAN, firewall, servers, storage and associated network devices
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with new and existing technologies ensuring continuous delivery of Service Level Agreements
- Participate in technical risks and issues and ensure that appropriate migration planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery
- Involve in the project life cycle from project planning, design, installation, implementation, configuration, testing and documentation and customer interfacing till maintenance phase ensuring implementation according to schedule
- Ad hoc System Integration projects including but not limited to server implementation, security solutions and server migration
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology
- Min 3 years experience in deploying and maintaining Server, Storage and Backup solution in Windows & Linux environment (L3 roles)
- Good Experience in Microsoft Server 2008-2016, Exchange Server, Office365, Sharepoint
- Good Experience in Virtualization, VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- At least 1-2 years experience for junior roles
- No experience is welcomed to apply
