System Engineer (Infra/ $4K – $5K + AWS+VB/Central) ref: JT

• Salary Range: $4K -$5K+ AWS +VB
• Permanent Roles x 2
• 5 working days, Mon – Fri , normal office hours

• To lead project to completion meeting project delivery date
• Developing and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components providing user support at on-site and/or remote support
• To configure and administer network, OS, storage and backup in multiple infrastructure platforms
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
• Performing high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures
• As focal point with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT Related
• Microsoft and VMware certification is a plus
• ​Min. 3 years in SAN hardware, specifically EMC, or Netapps
• Basic Knowledge of IT Infrastructure such as OS, network, storage and backup
• Familiar with server, storage & backup solutions
