Location: West
Responsibilities
- Manage IT Asset Management including hardware and software license management
- Provide 1st/2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting desktop/notebook problems
- Update daily incidents handled in incident management tool
- Provide prompt and customer-focused customer service
- Perform annual DRP/BCP tests and complete other tasks assigned
- Implement and migrate client infrastructure upgrades/new start-up environments
- Perform end-to-end service delivery to meet client requirements on network infrastructure systems
- Perform root case analysis and implement corrective actions for IT security incidents
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and exposure to IT audit is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
