Location: East
Responsibilities
- Design, install, implement, migrate, support and troubleshoot Microsoft servers & enterprise monitoring tools.
- Software patching for workstations and servers.
- Strong experience in Operating System, Microsoft / UNIX / LINUX / Red Hat.
- Strong experience and administration in OS imaging, MDT, and Task sequence troubleshooting.
- Strong in handling maintenance requests such as new version, Upgrade, Patch and Scripts.
- Software Package creation and deployment testing.
- Knowledge of registry, permissions, and drivers and software required.
- Understand WAN / LAN concepts and the TCP/IP protocol stack.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced with Windows Desktop Application deployment solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
