Location: West
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting of all software/hardware related issues for users.
- Ensuring Daily Backups are completed in timely fashion.
- Facilitating the onboarding/offboarding processes of new hires and leavers including the setting up of IT equipment
- Configuration of Office Equipment such as Copier, Printers, PC/Laptop, Mobile Phone, Network Peripheral Devices(i.e. firewall, switch, etc).
- Updating the Software licenses and IT Inventory record to ensure that assets are well maintained and up to date
- Creating & ensuring that all Infrastructure/Network/Software documentation are up to date
- Manage websites, domains, and other third party services.
- Providing system training to end-user where required
Requirements
- BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with various operating systems(Windows, Linux, MacOS) and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
