Location: North
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and usage, including response times
- Supervise backup, optimization, initiation of recovery procedure and routine troubleshooting.
- Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure systems integrity and security.
- Determine the systems’ short- and long-term requirements.
- Provide technical advice to the team and client on installation, setup, configuration of systems.
- Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices.
- Implement plan to make system available to users in a shared, secure and controlled manner.
- Conduct new system testing and implementation.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Data Center operations supporting Wintel System is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
