Responsibilities
- Responsible to assist in Maintenance delivery includes Cloud implementation
- In charge of technical issues and working with various parties to resolve more advanced issues when necessary (2nd and 3rd level Support)
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Report to the assigned Team Leader/Manager during support request
- Overall understanding of the business objectives of core business services departments
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science
- Microsoft / VMware / CCNP certifications is a plus
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure hardware (x86, Storage, Backup (VEEAM), Virtualization (ESXi, Hyper-V))
- Strong knowledge on Windows, Linux/Unix, Active Directories, IBM Middleware Infrastructure (Web, App, MQ), database servers and Cloud infrastructure
