Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Responsible to perform in-house development work and support
- Analyze business requirements from stakeholders and providing value for various Business Units
- Implement (Building) solutions using methodology similar to SCRUM and maintain and Support solutions built by the team
- Update all relevant documents of solutions for ease of transfer supporting effort to 3rd party
- Process and resolve incident tickets as and when required
- Perform periodic confirmations on validity of solutions built and ensure sustainability of solution built by providing User Training and Documentation
- To deliver solutions using like SCRUM methodology
Requirements
- Degree in Information System or Computing
- Min. 2 years of experience in Developing and Delivering solutions to Business, System Support (Change Requests and Incident Resolution)
- Proficient in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online
- Knowledge Nintex will be a given advantage
- Able to translate Business Requirements into Technical Design for development
