Location: North
Responsibilities
- Handle installation, calibration and maintenance of audio related equipment.
- Provide local and overseas on-site support services for systems testing and commissioning.
- Investigate and diagnose hardware/software problems or failures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and problems.
- Assist in design and development of audio related devices.
- Conduct training to customers.
- Provide marketing and tendering support.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationship with customers.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate /NiTEC /Diploma /Advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma in Information System Technology /IT Networks /Audio/Electronics/Electrical or any equivalent educational background and experience in Audio /IT/Electronics.
- No work experience required.
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Visio, Microsoft Office
- Good analytical trouble shooting skill and is able to perform under tight schedule.
