Responsibilities
- Develop system enhancements for Saleslogix implementation using ASP.NET based in client’s requirements
- Work together with Lead Engineer to resolve complex technical issues
- Respond positively to change requirements and drive continual improvement of support practices
- Keep track of outstanding tickets and update client proactively on resolution status
- Document troubleshooting methodology and resolution steps and participate in system testing and manage UAT
- Maintain constant performance towards company key performance indicator (KPI)
Requirement:
- Diploma in Information Technology or similar qualifications
- Min. 1 year with development technologies (ASP or ASP.NET)
- Familiar with database technologies (SQL Server or MySql)
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
