Responsibilities
- Coordinate with key business partners to ensure a healthy and effective supply chain throughout the lifecycle for multiple products and multiple customers.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure all supply chain data is loaded properly and communicated.
- Work closely with Product Management, Customer Service Representative, internal/external customer to understand customer order behavior and customer terms & conditions.
- Actively drive supply chain strategies and appropriate ad-hoc analysis.
- Proactively assess supply shortages. Lead, drive and assist escalations, when necessary.
- Act as the liaison to ensure all supply chain functions work together with synergy.
- Collaborate with key global business partners to help lead investigations, root cause analysis and developing solutions to issues.
- Help to develop, maintain and monitor supply chain KPIs that drive root cause and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Previous background in Automotive Tier 1 supplier level, or OEM experience is plus
- Fluent in business English
- Familiar with SAP environment and MS Office
- Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills
