SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST ($3500-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: ZS

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain processes for the allocated portfolio, including purchasing, planning and replenishment of stock, monitoring stock in transit and managing backorders and overdue purchase orders.
• Work closely with overseas production/distribution centers to ensure service levels are met.
• Take lead in S&OP discussion with commercial on forecasting and inventory planning for allocated portfolio.
• Investigate, analyze, design, and simplify existing processes to optimize efficiency for daily activities.
• Set, maintain and review planning parameters to ensure optimal inventory levels in alignment with the company’s global supply chain targets.
• Analyze and provide insights on KPI scorecard tracking for Backorders, OTIF, and Fill Rate leveraging on business intelligence tools.
• Provide support where appropriate as local key users on identified system platforms of expertise and ownership for system implementation and testing.
• Implement and lead process improvement projects within supply chain team and across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
