$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Procure materials by identifying and ordering the proper quantity
- Access current orders and forecast future demands to provide adequate supplies
- Run customer backorder in the SAP and generate Purchase Order to supplier
- Run safety stock level report and generate Purchase Order to supplier
- Negotiate pricing and shipment terms and partner with Customer Service team overseeing the timely delivery to fulfill customer orders.
- Ensure timely update of purchasing information
- Implement Group Inventory and stock policy
- Create new item in SAP
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of SAP (MRP) or (Warehouse) module is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
