SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER ($8000-$11,000/AWS/VB)ref: MJT  

$11K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire Supply Chain function (including assets and facility management) to optimize inventory through review, sales forecast, supply and demand forecast
• Deliver proactive insights focusing on the short-term horizon (up to 6 months @ SKU level) to support strategic intervention & decision making across the Supply Chain
• Optimize short term demand and supply imbalances via allocation processes to meet customers’ requirement
• Review the return rate, manage quality at source and trigger relevant escalation at various levels with Production Team
• Manage third party logistics providers, suppliers of products and services and ensure performance standards are in place as per contractual agreement
• Lead quarterly performance meetings with third party logistics services
• Work closely with warehouse and customer service to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer orders
• Develop performance metrics, conduct root cause analyses and develop appropriate action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in Operations or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience
• Experienced using IT as an enabler for increased performance, working with Power BI, MES, Advanced Excel etc
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Able to communicate and influence people at all levels
