$8500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a Global Sourcing strategy
• Coordinate with all business segments globally
• Articulate and execute a Sourcing roadmap that builds capabilities and resiliency needed for long-term growth and sustainability
• Design a Sourcing organization that has the structure, process, technology, talent, metrics, and reporting needed to deliver the plan and build for the future
• Manage the supplier relationship, ensuring our suppliers are aligned with our approach and held accountable for their performance
• Review opportunities across business segments to synergize and consolidates buys
• Sets the vision and objectives for the global supplier management organization and implements policies and practices that yield measurable results in cost, quality, and delivery.
• Monitor and manage key supplier performance metrics, including periodic audits and business reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in procurement, planning, production management ,logistics, factory engineering, and program management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
