SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE ($3800-$4800/AWS/VB)ref: VT

$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Procurement Team on confirmed deals, generate Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order and communicate with suppliers.
• Generate Sales Contract and or Proforma Invoice for customers upon receipt of confirmed Sales deal from Trading/Sales Team.
• Co-ordinate with suppliers for shipping/collection schedule to ensure timely executing of orders per Purchase Order.
• Timely and close co-ordination with suppliers & customers in order to provide shipping schedules including updates.
• Monitor and follow up for documents from suppliers upon vessel departure from shipping site.
• Generate final Commercial Invoice and Packing List from system and provide full set of shipping documents to customer prior to vessel arrival at destination.
• Arrange for Insurance Policy as and when applicable.
• Sending full set of shipping documents to Bank for negotiation for payment arrangement via Letter of Credit, DP or DA payment mode.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
