SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE ($3200-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Lead local tenders, support negotiations and final awards as assigned
• Provide analytical support in preparation of Regional / Group tenders
• Support Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with local strategic suppliers, preparing relevant data or reports for supplier business reviews
• Collaborate with Manager, QA team and Supplier to ensure supplier compliance and Group requirements
• Manage sourcing, update of product information and coordination of samples for product demos/trial
• Establish contingency supply for company as assigned by Manager, review contingency plans from time to time to ensure supply lines are still valid and available
• Responsible for inventory replenishment of assigned categories; prepare and process purchase order, track order status and update relevant parties in a timely manner
• Responsible for maintaining monthly inventory in line with required safety stock levels

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Procurement and Inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
