Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor the performance of third party logistics and ensure Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors and ensure stocks requested are accurately and timely delivered. Monitor logistics and delivery vendors regards collection, transfers and returns of stock items.
- Arrange for regular stock take and provide reports on discrepancies on a monthly basis.
- Calling and drafting of tenders on a regular basis.
- Report on the SCM budget and provide monthly reports on logistics expenses versus budget.
- Verify all payments to logistics vendors on a regular basis.
- Regularly visit warehouse and observe the processes and feedback on improvements.
- Monitor all slow moving and assist in disposal of approved condemnation items.
Requirements
- Diploma preferably in Supply Chain or similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and accuracy
