SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Work with internal stakeholders (Operations, Quality Assurance, Shipping, BD, Account) to support the planning of the master production schedule, and ensure smooth operations and on-schedule delivery of finished goods, base oils and raw materials
• Routine input into the master production schedule to accommodate the standard lead time and flexibility required by customer
• Confirm availability of materials supplied and lead time requirements to ensure accuracy of master production schedule
• Maintain high operational excellence which includes high productivity and production capacity utilisation through data information and analysis.
• Align the planning according to demand orders, capacity of plants. Balancing the whole supply and demand according to plants capacities.
• Conduct forecasting of empty packaging material and raw material purchase quantities based on historical consumption data and current demand predictions
• Raise Purchase Orders for routine purchases of raw materials, packaging materials, base oil and other non-product related purchases to meet operational requirements and maintain minimum inventory levels, and follow up with Purchase Order Acknowledgements
• Conduct monthly review of outstanding purchase orders on SAP system and follow up when necessary

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field
• 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain management and Planning Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Basic knowledge of planning knowledge and supply chain management
