SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT ($1800-$2500/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$2500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• Process daily Sales Orders in the system, including the related scope of document management.
• Inventory management accountability, and management of all inventory transactions in the system.
• Coordinate/ liaise with 3rd Party Logistics partners to ensure operational and service level expectations are met.
• Manage all error incidences from reporting to resolution, ensuring that the resolutions are trained, implemented, and enforced by the respective parties.
• Monthly reporting requirements, which includes but not limited to Service Level KPIs, Inventory Holding, Logistics Cost, etc.
• Demand & distribution requirement planning.
• Maintain proper inventory control
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Certificate/ Diploma in either Business, Supply Chain or Logistics. Candidates without the relevant qualifications, but with strong related experience will still be considered.
• At least 1 years relevant working experience
• Experienced working in Production, Supply Planning, Logistics, Delivery Assurance or Supply Chain.
• Well versed with MS Applications, especially Excel.
