Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the Service Operations team in terms of daily operations and administrative duties.
- Act as a first responder to any on-site incidents.
- Manage any incidents onsite.
- Attend to on-site guest feedbacks when required.
- Liaise with state agency and on-site resources when required.
- Plan and execute the teams’ training schedule.
- Ensure all staff training records are track and updated.
- Endorse team’s daily checklist reports.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism & Attractions.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must be able to think fast and react to onsite incidents.
- Friendly, patient, good interpersonal and communication skills.
