Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Lead regional projects to deliver against sourcing business objectives
- Drive actions and operational improvements based on data flowing out from operational dashboards
- Establish and lead initiatives that maximise account profitability within the confines of client contracts
- Develop a strong understanding of Tag operations, systems and client contracts/SLAs, to deploy and maintain best practices throughout the business
- Work in close conjunction with other departments to develop operational and commercial models for new business opportunities
- Drive an active involvement in the development of commercial models for new and existing clients that deliver Tag objectives of growth and maximising profit
- Hone a strong understanding of client commercial frameworks for existing accounts in order to develop plans in partnership with account leads and MD’s to deliver best financial results achievable
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the financial health of all sourcing client accounts and lead with driving actions based on status
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Preferred: +10 years relevant industry experience
- Commercial understanding of financial frameworks
- Process/ solution building
