Salary: $4,000
Location: Henderson Road
Contract: 12 months contract (renewable/ convertible)
Responsibilities
- Perform technical troubleshooting for network related products and solutions.
- Assess, identify and resolve network related technical issues encountered by projects stakeholders.
- Provide accurate assessment and resolution methods in resolving the network technical issues.
- Communicate clearly through verbal and/or written language of assessment and resolution to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understand new technologies’ concepts quickly and apply to relevant use cases.
- Understand network design architecture including design diagrams and relevant product documentation.
- Project manage technical implementation ensuring meeting project timeline, budget and customers satisfaction index.
- Manage escalations and elevation.
- Understand general IT policies, including IT Usage and Security policies.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in network equipment configuration, installation, deployment and decommission.
- hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE/Aruba & Huawei
- Knowledge of high performance data center solutions, network infrastructure LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing and enterprise wireless infrastructures
