SOLUTIONS CUM APPLICATION ENGINEER ($4000/AWS/VB)ref: MT

$4k + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  North

Responsibilities

• Support technical representation across all OEM sales channels and on-site project issues within the assigned regions
• Work with Sales Team to define and develop OEM channel product and service value propositions
• Work with Sales Team on promoting wireless lighting control solutions and its services to specifiers and owners
• Support the technical needs of the regions (customers and sales channels) including troubleshooting
• Address technical questions from both customers and channel partners timely
• Prepare and develop content for technical training presentations
• Provide regular training/communications to customers and sales channels, so as to support active pre and post-sales activities
• Support execution of customers’ return processes (RMA)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work independently, resourceful & detailed
• Ability to multi-task & organize work efficiently with minimum supervision
