Responsibilities
- Conducting post-release and post-implementation testing on both Mobile and Web
- Executing manual/automated test cases and analyzing results
- Performing functional testing of features for release cycles, including executing test cases, raising defects and maintaining defect logs
- Raise defects / issues found during user testing and follow through
- Notify IT support team immediately on critical issues.
- Re-testing on fixed issues
- Informing the development team of any business flow that seems incorrect
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or any IT related field
- Min 1 year experience in QA testing/UAT/test case writing is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail with a positive attitude and perseverance required to report observations and defects to developers
