- Responsible to resolve end-users IT-related issues (hardware/software/network) on their notebooks/desktops.
- Implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software solution
- To provide support for client’s IT administration and troubleshooting PC and related problems
- Ensure Backups are successful and properly done and provider recommendations for Upgrades and Improvements
- Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams and assist in IT security policies and procedures
- In charge for providing customer support to optimize customer satisfaction and meet SLAs
- Implementation, configuration of setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall
- Degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent
- Min 1 years relevant experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software.
- Knowledge in windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall will be a big advantage
