Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily processing of software licensing and duplication
- To perform the software activities in a timely manner and work closely with customer service team to fulfill any licensing request
- Coordinate to resolve any software related complaints and provides the corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure orders are pack according with shipment cut-off timings
- Prepares software shipping documents accordingly with company & country requirements
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in related discipline with minimum 3 years’ experience within a fast moving computerized Distribution Centre Environment, preferably using JD Edwards Business System, SMS, Oracle.
- Knowledge in Computer applications and Process Control systems preferable.
- Knowledge in Basic configuration of Cisco Switches.
