Social Media Marketing Executive ($3500/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  East

Responsibilities

• Uploading and management of new and existing product listings and maintenance.
• Manage, update and improve SKU(s) visuals on websites and third-party e-commerce platforms and ensure consistent brand image and identity.
• Responsible for managing online website content, including but not limited to, updating the stock count and newsletters
• Collaborate with Marketing team to conceptualize and develop online promotional activities for website and third-party e-commerce platforms.
• Support and collaborate with third-party e-commerce platforms account managers in planning and implementing online sales campaigns.
• Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis and compilation of reports for all online marketing campaign status and progress.
• Tracking and analysis of consumer data and purchasing behaviours to identify market trends and new market opportunities.
• Responsible for daily operations including processing and fulfilment of online sales orders (coordinate, packing, shipping, billing) and logistics-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in E-commerce or related field
• Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Able to work independently and be a team player with problem solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
