SOC Senior Engineer ($5K – $7K / AWS / VB) RC

Salary Range: $5K – $7K

• Coordinating the team regarding day-to-day SOC Operations and ensure SOC services are duly delivered.

• Oversees a team of security analysts and engineers in daily triage and further analysis of escalated alerts and adhere to SLA/OLA where applicable.

• Assess if highlighted potential Security Incidents or Events need to be whitelisted/blacklisted and validate highlighted potential Security Incidents or Events with Governance.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance SOC Operations processes

• Manage SOC workflows, improve productivity and meet established SLAs

• Preparation of SOC management and statistical reports

• Collaborating with customer to ensure that effective monitoring is implemented for all environments

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• 3-5 years of experience in SOC technologies
• Mandatory skills: Palo Alto Firewall
• Proficient in various VAPT tools
• Technical background in Unix/Linux/Windows administration, Internet protocols (TCP/IP), security concepts on threat & countermeasure and web security technology
