Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk and escalated to the Desktop Support Engineers
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and Smart Home hardware/software
- Familiarize end users on software, hardware and peripheral device operation used in smart home ecosystem
- Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned
- Install, configure and setup smart home devices for home owners on site.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on smart home devices
- Manage and monitor project works
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
Requirements
- Nitec/ ITE in Electronics/Electrical, Computer Networking or Information Technology.
- Self-motivated.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
