Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to sales and project teams
- Assist in operation work and handling correspondences, preparing contracts and following up with suppliers and clients
- Source and Procure equipment for project sales
- Handle import and export document and liaise with suppliers and customers
- Co-ordinate shipment and procurement of equipment
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- G.C.E. ‘O’ level or Diploma holder
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Words & Excel
