Location: West
Responsibilities
- Conduct conversations with suppliers to ensure documents are received full set.
- Perform data entry for freight services (air / sea).
- Perform documentation for cargo consolidation activities.
- Perform documentation for checks in accordance to government regulatory requirements and legislations to identify non-compliance.
- Verify and approval of shipping request from origin appointed forwarders
- Compute new item and route freight cost request from sales engineer and support team
- Provide monthly freight cost listing to management
- Liaise follow up with forwarders on export and import permits, K1 forms, and custom official receipt matters
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
