Responsibilities
- Review and understand buyers’ shipping requirements and ensure compliance in all shipping documentation and procedures by the shipping team.
- Interpreting customers shipping expectations and requirements into our internal processes to ensure compliance.
- Assist & support the Merchandising Manager in ensuring the workflow within the team is smoothly executed and achieve good KPI.
- Provides shipping support and knowledge to management, merchandising and production teams.
- To understand all shipping requirements to facilitate correct information transfer to bulk shipment.
- To train shipping coordinators to prepare all shipping documents for sample shipments of all brands.
- Assist & support the Shipping Manager in monitoring and ensuring the account ownership and workload and workflow distribution within the team is smoothly executed and achieve good KPI.
- To liaise with the different departments on the day-to-day work.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Friendly, patient, good interpersonal and communication skills.
