Location: West
Responsibilities
- Booking with carriers of ISO tanks and FCL and Prepare PM4 (DG declaration) to shipping carrier for approval of DG status and monitor for DG approval;
- Allocate ISO tanks for export shipment;
- Arrange trucking , liaise with haulier and depot on tanks/container movements;
- Prepare HBL draft, shipping certificate, Certificate of Origin draft for Customer checking and approval and issue original set upon customer confirmation;
- Prepare MBL draft to be submitted to shipping carrier;
- Declare of export permit for submission to shipping carrier;
- Corresponding and send pre alerts to overseas offices/agents;
- Ensure vendor’s invoice and input in system prior to end month;
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with MS Office
- Team player
