Location: West
Responsibilities
- Monitoring & updating of container movement with Container Management System (CMS)
- Generating containers report
- Liaising with various parties on purchasing, disposing, leasing of containers
- Assessing container repair charges, collection, detention & demurrage
- Container seal management
- Preparation of full set shipping documentation for Sea freight shipments & local handling services. E.g., Booking confirmation, Bill of Lading, Job instruction, permit declaration, certification of origin and/or letter of credit etc.)
- Execution of documents such as the usage of in-house system and other available platforms.
- Handling shipments, preparing of booking, documentation & data entry
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant
- At least 2 years working experience in logistics or supply chain
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
