Location: North
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with various departments and customers, shipping forwarders to ensure smooth transaction in shipments
- Processing of shipping documents
- Handle logistic duties
- Handle accounts receivables related to Shipping
- Perform data entry
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Attend and resolve customers’ enquiries
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
- Minimum 2 years or relevant experience in shipping / freight forwarding or relevant environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Words and Excel)
- Possess import/export shipping and freight related knowledge is a plus
