Responsibilities
- Responsible for shipping processing using Oracle, Trax & other system and co-ordinating packing arrangements with Order Execution Team and Operation Team
- Prepare all shipment instructions and documentations and ensure all shipments are timely and delivery schedule is met by working closely with internal and external teams (such as forwarders)
- Ensure proper documentation (COO, LC, GST) are in-place for each delivery/shipment
- Ensures all complete GST documents submission to Finance on weekly basis and to coordinate closely with Forwarder & CSR to close outstanding GST within 30 days timeline
- Coordinate closely with Finance Team on GST guidelines for rejection
Requirements
- Diploma in related discipline
- At least 2 years shipping experience
- Sound knowledge of shipping and logistics documentations
- Candidate to possess good communication and interpersonal skills
