Shipping Admin Executive ($2800-$3800+AWS+VB) ref:JT

Responsibilities

• To handle documentation and shipping arrangements (inwards and outwards)
• Coordinate with traders, shipping and finance team from other regional offices to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods
• Monitor and follow up on demurrage/detention issues on every shipment handled and source for freight rates
• Handle operational documents and provide administrative support for marketing team/data entry
• To coordinate with clients regarding any operational contractual issues
• Filing of all correspondences and documentation issues from beginning of shipment execution to post-shipment status/receipts of full payment
• Compile monthly Statistics/ reports
• Manage other ad-hoc shipping or operational activities

Requirements

• Min Diploma holder
• Min 2 years of  experience in Shipping operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word) and Tradenet/Web
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
