5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical services, trouble-shooting, repair and Installation on company’s products at various customers location island-wide
- To perform routine service & maintenance at customer site.
- Conduct user-training to customers
- Prepare and explain after-service reports to customers
- Work as a team with internal and external co-workers
- Take follow-up action on outstanding issues, in a timely manner
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager / Project Lead
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
Requirements
- Candidate must possess Min NiTEC, HiTEC or Diploma holder in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ relavant experience.
- On Job training will be provided.
- Able to read and understand drawings
