Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan service repairs end to end
- Support and building trust with customers, employees, contractors
- Processing customer requests via phone calls, orders etc. and can prepare simple quotations.
- Provides basic technical / administrative support regarding service issues
- Qualify and assign available service resources based on capability, technical knowledge etc. to provide effective and efficient service to fulfil customer request received from different channel.
- In compliance with SOP to provide service request quotation to customer
- Collaborate with finance to verify customer’s payment term and customer credit.
- Collect and review the claim of ASP (Authorized Service Partners (working hour, payment, etc)
Requirements:
- Completed technical training and work experience in a technical environment.
- Have at least 2 years of work experience
- Experience with pump technology
- Experience in SAP
