Responsibilities
- Manage daily technical services associated with fulfillment of contractual obligations for PM and CM activities, testing and commissioning of new and/or upgrade of products.
- Act as the first line contact point and execute escalation process for swift deployment of technical support and related actions through our roster of Customer Engineers.
- Manage client call request and after-sales-service processes.
- Facilitate relevant root-cause-analysis for major and critical technical issues experienced in the field and cascade accordingly to stakeholders.
- Support technical training to end-customers
- Assist the Service Operation Manager to carry out the company’s commitment and promise delivery of service level to the customer.
- To carry out maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning,
troubleshooting, repairing and power quality analysis . - To provide technical support and assistance in the cost evaluation for repair quotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Rectifier Systems (AC and DC) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
