Location: East
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on experience including desktop installations, configuration, systems testing, and day-to-day support covering end-user computing in head office and construction site office(s)
- Provide first & second level technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation
- Provide system upgrade, implement and maintain the IT infrastructure & computer systems
- Assist in ensuring that the network is stable, secure and running with minimal downtime in head office and construction site office(s)
- Provide technical advice, solutions and IT application support for end-users as appropriate
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date computer equipment, software and hardware inventory
- Handle ad hoc user requests as required
- Coordination with carriers, vendors and internal IT support teams to ensure incidents are solved in a timely manner
Requirements
- Diploma in IT or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity in a Microsoft (WinTel) environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
