Location: Central

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to be the main contact to lead teams to effective service delivery in regard to any service delivery issues
  • Responsible for Incident Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes ensuring accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required
  • Oversee daily resolving any issues and tracking service metrics support to evaluate problems and perform impact analysis with solutions
  • Involved in troubleshooting technical issues with onsite engineer, ensuring that service agreements are met and monitor service delivery ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place according to compliance
  • Act as the business unit escalation prime channel and focal communication point to the Senior Managers and Drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes.
  • Keep up with the professional and technical knowledge with respect to the emerging trends in IT service management

 

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant IT service project experiences
  • PMP certified is a plus
  • Good knowledge in infrastructure and various platform environments, network, web technology, job scheduling, storage, backup, helpdesk and monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead projects
