Location: West
Responsibilities
- Reports directly to Head of Department/ Service Manager
- Manages engineer personnel schedules via SEPS and ensures on daily basis that SEPS is updated
- Daily communication to engineers and workshop regarding on-going projects/service attendances
- Provides updates on projects/service attendances to Service Manager, prior to morning meeting
- Supports local workshop scheduling and coordination
- Working closely with the Sales and Technical Service Team
- Open jobs folders on SAP
- Hand over information regarding projects/service attendances with engineers so that they understand the scope of work, what has been quoted, days, total amount etc.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM
- Organized.
- Experience managing multiple projects and tasks at once with tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
